Just... Dealing

Hello allll.
I realize I have not blogged in eons upon eons, but that's only because i've been super duper busy.
This is my senior year and I am involved in 4 ap classes and tons of extra currics.

I'm also co-President of our Cultural Society and that's lots of work, but it's rewarding.
I'm in newspaper right now and I don't really have that much to do because I need to conduct a poll before I do anything.
But yes. As you can tell by my not-so-enthusiastic tone and syntax, I'm not in the best of moods.
This week has been pretty bad, just academically and mentally.

I have lots to deal with, and I was on top of things, but now, I just can't organize everything.
I know it doesn't make sense.. but, let me try and summarize.
1) The ACT is in about 10 days, and I'm not that prepared.
2) The SAT is in about a month, and I'm not prepared for that either.
3) College applications are looming, and I'm not ready
4) I'm having personal issues, slander, gossip, bla bla.
5) I'm sick to my stomach worried about my grandpa
6) I'm also worried and paranoid about a certain visit by someone coming up soon.
7) I'm struggling in AP Calculus, I really didn't do well on my test.
8) I'm trying to stay positive but it's difficult.

It's crazy.. I'm not feeling well and I try to be perky and happy but there are so many things going wrong, it's insane.
Well, I think I should go, you probably feel really depressed after reading this.
I know I do.

Mommy's Birthday and Arrested Development :)

Today was my mommy's birthday :) I was awoken at the ungodly hour at 10 a.m.! But my parents awoke me and told me we are off to Cumberland Falls. I was up for it, and I was really excited when they said I could take Juneau too! So  we drove and listened to my iPod, it was tons of fun. We got to the falls and thye weren't anything spectacular, to be honest. Whatever, we walked around for ages with Juneau and took lots of cheesy family pictures.
My dad then suggested to go to Cumberland Lake but we were pooped, it was 33 degrees (Celsius) and I was not feeling well. We ended up coming home around 5 and I stayed in and watched T.V.
Then we went out to eat at P.F. Changs. I normally hate that restaurant, it's over priced and the food tastes like crap. Again, I was dissapointed, but I lived through it since we got a free piece of cake.

Anyways, now I'm home.. relishing the last few hours of my beloved summer vacation.

I'm watching Arrested Development. I'm on episode 3 of the first season, and it's really funny. Portia De Rossi and Michael Cera are in it, they're really funny. The one thing that really bothers me in this show is that Michael Cera is kinda attracted to his cousin. Isn't that disgusting? I mean.. is that normal or what? I"m not sure, I thought it was really weird.
But yes, it's a funny show.

Anyways, today was a good day. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better.

Peace out for now!

Vanity Fair

Lets take a second to just look at this picture. It's the indie actors in a Vanity Fair photo shoot. Some of my favorites in this picture includ Kat Dennings, Anton Yelchin, Elizabeth Banks, and Hugh Dancy. I really liove this picture, it's a depiction of the depression era, and it's just such an arsty picture. I love Vanity Fair's photoshoots, they're amazing.
That's all I have to say right now. I'm probably gonna updtate later in the night too. I like writing here :)

P.S.: Listening to "Ruby Blue - Roisin Murphy"

Doggies, Canines, Puppies

Hello againnnn!

I can't believe I'm continuing, afterall, this blog was a lame att

empt to distract myself from the impending SAT homework. Anyways, my thought of the day today is... *drumroll*

DOGSSS.

Alright, so, I've wanted a dog my entire life. I had one when I was really young, I don't really remember him, his name was Leo and he was a Dalmation. Apparently he was really viscious, my mom hated him, he ripped up her jeans.
Anyways, a day before my birthday (or something like that) he went mising! Sana (my sister) and I were devastated, we thought someone had dognapped him.

To this day, we don't know what happened to poor little Leo.

Then we moved to America, and here, I begged my parents for 6 months straight until one day, out of the blue, my dad called me from Shelbyville (where he was for business) and asked me if I wanted a dog that this lady was selling at a pound. Of course, I jumped at the oppurtunity. This could have been distastrous, he could have been a crazy rabid puppy, but it turned out beautifully.
My dad brought home Daku. Since that means thief in Hindi, I changed it to Juneau (like the capital of Alaska). May 13th, 2007 was the day. He was amazing, he was adorable. He was half daschund, half tibetan spaniel, according to the lady who gave him to my dad. I think he has Chihuaha in him, but I don't know. Anyways, this dog is perfect. He is kind, fun, and expressive. He sits in my lap and licks my face when I'm sad.

Anyways, Juneau is sitting here and I just thought of what a perfect little doggie he is.

I think that's all for today, sorry this one was a little boring. I might post another later today :)

While I'm in the mood...

Heck, let's throw in another post, just because I feel like it.

This post's topic: Dramione

I'm sure many of you have read Harry Potter, if not, you are deprived. Anyways, Hermione Granger, protagonist, best friend of Harry, smartypants. Draco Malfoy, antagonist, arch-enemy of Harry, snidepants.

Why in the world would this couple work? BECAUSE IT WOULD
I know, you're probably laughing at the though right now, but hear me out.

It's a modern day Romeo and Juliet, except for the joint suicide. It's forbidden... hello, Gryffindor and Slytherin? Also, it's unexpected!
They're complete opposites, but opposites attract, right?

Also, Draco Malfoy is attractive, and so is Hermione. But everyone needs to look at the good aspects of Draco. JKR never elaborated on his character too much! What if he was mean to Harry, just because he wanted Hermione? Also, when we were kids, didn't the boys make fun of us if they liked us?
How do we know that calling Hermione "mudblood" isn't just a 12 year old boy's way of saying "marry me"?

Exactly, we don't.
So if we focus on the good parts of Draco, and the fact that this would be a cute and fun romance, the Dramione ship would work.

Haha, that's all for tonight. I think.

P.S.: Listening to "Malfoy's Mission - Nicholas Hooper"

I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship...

Hello world!

Or the people nice enough to read my blog. So I started a blog. You may ask, "Oh no, not another one. Why?"

Well, because I have random thoughts everyday that I like sharing.

My thought of the day:

Why is it lame to be an overachiever? Just because you want to get to some place in life, and you want to get your work done early, you are labeled as an overachiever and get taunted for it? I don't see any logic in that. I mean, I guess it's fine with me if you don't do your work until the last minute and stress about it until you get it done, but if I want to finish my work a week in advance, I personally don't see a problem with it.

That's my thought for the day, I have many more to come and hopefully, I will have time to update my blog. :)
